Each of our programs offers a variety of terms and may require different documentation and reports to be provided. While we use numerous funding partners and programs, our specialty is multifamily and office properties. We provide high quality financing for borrowers with good credit history and a reasonable amount of equity or down payment. DW Commercial does not consider loans for borrowers with sub-prime credit.
